About Us
Anchored Oak LLC is a Minnesota-based land management company specializing in forestry mulching, land clearing, right-of-way vegetation management, and roadside mowing. We serve Washington, Anoka, Ramsey, Chisago, and Dakota Counties in Minnesota, and St. Croix and Pierce Counties in Wisconsin.
Owner-operated by Nik Meyman, the company brings 26 years of hands-on experience in commercial logging, timber harvesting, contract tree climbing, heavy equipment operation, and residential construction. That background was built first in Northern California and is now applied full-time to Midwestern properties — from overgrown residential lots and hunting land to utility corridors, roadside corridors, and larger acreage restoration projects.
We focus on efficient, low-impact clearing using modern masticating equipment. Our approach turns dense brush, saplings, and standing timber into a clean mulch layer in a single pass — no burn piles, minimal soil disturbance, and the land ready for its next use the same day. We regularly handle:
